We have six offices available to rent at Workspace. Balgowlah and you are welcome to come and visit to see which office best suits you. All prices are excluding GST.
Suite 1 is our largest office at 18 sq.m, making it large enough for two or three people. This office has an external glass wall and its own air-conditioning system. It comes furnished with a desk, Eames-style chair, caddy and meeting table and chairs.

Suites 2 and 3 are internal offices that still receive plenty of natural light and offer 12 sq.m of space. They are furnished with a 1800mm desk, Eames-style chair, caddy, a cupboard and meeting table and chairs. These offices can comfortably accommodate two people if required.

Suite 4 is an internal office that offers 11 sq.m of space. It is furnished with a 1800mm desk, Eames-style chair, caddy, a cupboard and meeting table and chairs.
$250 per week - currently leased
Suites 5 and 6 are each 12 sq.m and have an external glass wall. They come furnished with a 1800mm desk, Eames-style chair, caddy, a cupboard and meeting table and chairs. These offices can comfortably accommodate two people if required.
$300 per week - currently leased
Internet and phone services are established and are charged per person per month.

Our meeting room seats eight people and is available to book for meetings, presentations and training sessions.

The Workspace. Balgowlah kitchenette is available for all tenants to use and tea and coffee are provided free of charge.
High quality, A3 and A4 black & white and colour printing is charged on a per page basis.
